Had to come back an hour later and when I got to my room a man was still inside mopping, told me I can come in and leave my items but I was not comfortable with that. Came back later and the door was left opened and there's paint everywhere on the floors and it just felt gross”

“A not so cheap motel that offers access to this part of Lake of the Ozarks. The shower was disgusting and I had to go to the gas station and buy some cleaner to clean the shower myself. The room was otherwise clean, but kind of frustrating when you have to clean pubes from the shower. You check in before you ever get there and you don’t actually see a live person. The place looks full just because it’s the only hotel in the area that gives you good proximity to the local marinas. Motel was $160,……

“No pool. Breakfast poor. The rudest staff I have ever encountered. Denied Expedia rate because I did not pay on Expedia site and was told they don't have to honor Expedia pricing. The staff was dishonest when telling me that this was their policy at check in. ”

“Upon checking we were place on the 4th floor after being in the Quality suites we experienced elevator shut down only to be out of service for 3 days of our stay. We were not able to take proper showers due to hot water shortage, the front desk staff seemed to not care about our concerns and choose not to address our concerns. I ask to be moved to another floor. The front desk clerk indicated that he would inform me once the rooms became available he would let me know only to have disappeared……
