“The room has a couch in it that had animal fur on it so we couldn’t sit on it, the air vent in the bathroom was not pulling the steam out, the tub was stained didn’t look clean. The trash can by the elevator was never emptied it was full with the same trash over flowing in it.”

“Friendly service! Room was clean but wet spot on floor that didn’t go away and room smell like mildew! No microwave or refrigerator! But for a one night stay and the price wasn’t too bad and air conditioner worked really good! Was maintained well for a older building”

“The room and grounds were clean. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart any time you moved. The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. Overall if your looking for a place to sleep and your passing by this place would be for you The bar and grill next door had good food”

“Front desk doesn’t know how to greet first timers, she accused me of not paying for the added 3rd day. It’s embarrassing when people are around in the office. She reached out to Expedia and found out I did pay. She was very welcoming to repeated customers. We had 2 queen beds. The bed frames were flimsy. The bed does slide around. It’s very outdated the patio furniture was super rusty. You can’t sit on the patio furniture or you’ll have rust stains on your clothes, towels, or bathing suit.”

“Nightmare. Once I checked in and found the place. No directions. She emailed me stating that Expedia didn’t charge enough and she is going to have to charge an additional $800. Which she did. I asked for a receipt of charges and as of today, she still has refused. The room was not as advertised. Single beds all around. Only a window AC in living room, mold in shower tub and in toilet. No soap or toiletries provided. Lights work in some rooms. TVs didn’t work. Floor was sticky in living room.……
