“I have never been so disgusted, so frustrated and so irritated at a pace that I stayed. The night staff was so frustrating because he got mad at me for being up that there was what I believe to be bedbugs and dirty sheets on our bed. I/we had not even sat on our bed, but when we pulled the covers back, there was hairs and what was identified by Google images to be bed bug droppings. I am not one who normally complains, but he also refused to give us pool/hot tub towels to use in after hot……

“Rooms are dated and not cleaned properly. I originally booked and paid for two nights (through Hotels.com), and extended my stay for one more night directly with the hotel. BUT finally the hotel charged TWO extra nights on the bill. I tried to negotiate with and ask for refund from the hotel by email, however they had not responded to my enquries and requests for over one month (I checked out on Jul 12 and it's Aug 20 today when I write this review.). It's very irresponsible.”
