We had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend staying at Overleaf. Yachats is a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed our time in the sauna and soaking tub as well that was included. Breakfast was great. The staff were great and Willow who was one of the employees who assisted with breakfast was such a joy! Would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the hotel, the view from the room was gorgeous! Room very clean, breakfast was good(the baker who makes the bisques, muffins, etc-the best!). Don’t miss the biscuits & gravy-better than the South! Loved the water refill in the lobby. Just be aware, there is no daily housekeeping, which we didn’t know prior to arrival. Overall, would absolutely stay again!!

Room was wonderful with access to the dunes and beach; breakfast was OK but not great; no restaurant on site but only about a mile walk into town for dinner. Took advantage of the spa and enjoyed a massage. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby closes in the evening but there are a fumée other places to lounge if you don’t want to be in your room. BTW - this is one of the few places I’ve stayed that actually has enough lighting in the room! I could read without eye strain.

The property was located in a beautiful place right along the sand and not far by car to restaurants and amenities. My beef was that there were no housekeeping service while we were there. Trash not emptied, dirty cups in the room and beds not made. Breakfast was OK but coffee kinda sucked. A few small changes could have made this place go from OK to great.

Great stay! Right on the 804 whale-watching trail, rooms with views, fantastic staff, and awesome amenities. Breakfast and spa inclusion was a true surprise, and the breakfast is very good. Aspects of our entire stay felt very intentional on the part of the Overleaf: coffee mug warmers, windows to the ocean everywhere (including from the spa), a solid DVD collection for free borrowing, chairs and benches to view the ocean, a camp fire and guided hike...really cool place.
