“The staff was amazing. Everything was supposed to be non smoking, but the room smelled like smoke. We had to go to the office and get more towels because there wasn't a phone to call the office. “After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed.
