“Room was clean enough and bed was very comfy, but despite many no smoking signs my room, the halls, and the common room were full of smoky smell. Desk person was often absent, and since my key card kept not working that was a problem (she was pretty surly, as if it were my fault—have never had a problem with a key card anywhere before, so no). A small modest place, convenient, but no stairs and not staffed at night.”
