“They didn't disclaim they were under renovations and the pool was closed! It looked more like a construction site than a hotel. It was a shock learning this after driving for over 2 hours to get there.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked well in the room. The breakfast was delicious. But we were hoping to make a dip in the pool since summertime and the pool was closed. Wasn’t working disappointed, but overall, it was a nice hotel walking distance to Dairy Queen next-door. We did that instead of swimming in the pool. There’s no hot tub.”

“Place under construction so no public areas available. Booked a 4 person room( thought was suite )but just a king bed and love seat pullout. Clerk unable to change room, unable to give 4 breakfast vouchers( max was 2) even though 4 people in room and paid more for it. Only 2 set towels in room. Construction on every floor but NO amenities offered. Was a very disappointing stay. By the way, a double queen for 2 people had Much more space than the one I got.”

“Pictures were deceiving. Nothing like the listing. Honestly was afraid to sleep on the bed. We had been driving for hours and just needed to sleep. Do not recommend.”

“It's was what you expect a clean room with, fridge, microwave. The fan /ac worked great and shower was hot and good pressure. My room microwave was not working and told them and thsy had it replaced in less then 20 min.”

“When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms.”
