“Cottage was very clean and supplied with essentials. HEB is 1 mile away which is helpful. Would have been nice if there paper plates, charcoal and lighter fluid, and basic condiments were provided. Great location, quiet and family friendly. 10 out of 10 I recommend.”

“Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. I didn’t report the grill issue but I’m sure they would have……

“Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊”

“For the price - the unit should not have missing furniture (only two chairs at dining table instead of four and no bedside table so lamp was on the floor). Also the bathroom fan broken-,when turned on it was so loud it could not be used. Finally, the sofa was faux leather and very worn. The unit was clean and it was quiet overnight.”
