“The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The pillows were TERRIBLE. They all went COMPLETELY FLAT when laying on them. Also, the rooms are tiny. There was no closet, just a rod to hang a couple of items. The hose for the toilet was rusted and gross. I'm pretty particular when it comes to hotels - not snobby, just particular - and I chose this one based on reviews. I was very disappointed. Not worth the money, and not deserving of a 9.2 exceptional rating. The front staff was very nice……

“Firstly, elevator was not working and we were on the top floor! Ice and vending machines only on first floor and not well stocked. Phone in room did not work, wifi was public and had to use personal hotspot to stream on TV. Bathroom was FILTHY, especially the toilet. The microwave was nasty and needed to be replaced. The carpet in the hallway outside our room was sticky. Three guests and only two towels were in room. No offer for credit or help carrying luggage up and down stairs. Any paint……

“Clean, beds were kinda weird almost like air mattress feeling, nowhere to set your suitcases, the mini fridge was like a wine fridge with a clear door, shower head was for ppl really short I’m 5”8’ and had to bend down to wash my hair, the air fresher smell was over powering i immediately unplugged it. We got the remodeled room which was nice looking but not worth the price. Overall the front desk girl was very nice and it was clean but please add some suitcase stands and for ppl who have issues……
