“I booked this property for just a one-night stay. Upon arriving in the evening, I noticed that the AC was leaking water and reported it to the staff. They informed me that the issue had been fixed. However, the next morning, I woke up to find the entire floor wet again because the AC was still leaking. Since I was checking out that day, I didn’t complain again. I just wanted to mention this in my review so the hotel is aware of the issue and can make the necessary repairs to prevent future……

“Das Hotel liegt fussläufig zum Taj Mahal, welches wir am Morgen besichtigen wollten. Wir hatten die Taj Mahal View Suite gebucht, mit Balkon und Blick auf den oberen Part des Taj Mahal, welches aber nachts nicht angestrahlt ist und somit nach Sonnenuntergang nur als Silhouette sichtbar ist. Wer ein 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet, liegt falsch und wie in Indien vielerorts üblich ist es durch das Hupen der Autos etc. Trotz Lage an einer kleinen Strasse relativ laut. Das Personal an der Rezeption……

“I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to say this place was disgusting. It looked like it was in the process of being remodeled and shutting down, with bugs present in the rooms. The electricity went out during my stay, and the bedsheets and linens were dirty. There was a lot of damage and stains on the sheets, and the towels were old and worn out. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I ended up finding another hotel. I didn't stay the night because of the poor conditions.”
