"This was my 4th trip to Fort Myers Beach. First time staying at this location. The Seaside property and Luna Sea condo was beautiful! It was everything and more than what was in the description. The screened in patio had beautiful views of the ocean. We enjoy walking the beach, looking for shells, and swimming in the ocean. The host thought of everything, including beach chairs and an umbrella. The living room chairs and beds were very comfy! Fantastic location! The tram pick up was right next to the condo, making easy to get downtown. And there was a grocery store just across the street. My mother and daughter had a fabulous trip. "

"We will definitely come back. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Updated, clean, great location, and pretty much everything you needed was there. The bldg as well was well kept as was the pool and grill area. Beach was right there too!!! As one that is not a fan of pets, appreciated the fact that the unit was pet-free as well as the building. And the host was amazing, very responsive. We had shared a minor things with her just as an FYI and she sent someone within a few hours to immediately resolve!!! We would definitely recommend this spot and would definitely return!!!"

"We were only able to stay 3 nights, and it rained one day, but it was perfect!This place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The 3rd floor balcony is the perfect place to spend hours, any time of day. One morning there were tracks from a sea turtle that had laid eggs along the seawall. A neighbor said they had been collected and moved to a safer place because of the waterline there. The kitchen has every appliance you could want and it's all brand new too! Only issue was that I couldn't intuitively heat a cup in the microwave for 30 seconds, haha.Looking forward to staying here again. It's very nice!"

"Love the small Inn close to the beach. Part is still under construction. Old florida feel literally 2 min walk to beach without crossing a road! "
