“The room was great, lots of space and balcony was fabulous. The sea view wasn’t quite what shows in pictures. We know it’s end of summer but hotel advertises restaurant open for breakfast lunch and dinner along with beach bar. Only breakfast served. Everything else rolled up. I would have appreciated notes on hotel indicating they shut down restaurant and bar at end of season. I book places based on location and amenities. The breakfast was good selection but cold because they don’t use anything……

“We planned a six day visit to 'rest' after a month of intense travel - but left after two days. Most of our disappointment was with Sarande itself - a very poorly developed resort town, with buildings on top of one another, rocky local beaches, a shocking amount of litter Everywhere, and a generally exhausted air to everyone we met there. “Very nice hotel. Looks new inside and out. Surprisingly large, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, linens, pillows. Nice balcony. Lareg bathroom with large walk-in shower. The public spaces are very nice, especially the outdoor seating area and front entrance with beautiful trees and flowers. Private beach right across the street is also excellent. The only negative is the brusque attitude i received from the manager. He needs to take a lesson in customer service and hospitality as he came……

“Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view. My room was upgraded by the staff as I was there on a birthday trip. They gave me a room with a direct sea view which included a pool view too and the private beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I just wish the breakfast had a bit more variety to choose from, it’s quite basic compared to usual hotel breakfasts’ but overall it was spectacular and second to none! I loved every single moment and I will 10000% be back InShaaAllah 😍🙌”

“Has a secluded private beach. Were a young couple and took 30 minutes walk to saranda promenade- quite a up hill walk and has alot of character because of residents nearby and cemetery. We always passed a black labrador dog who is really friendly and polite. The room isn’t that modern but has everything you need: Aircon, Smart TV: Netflix/Youtube. The shower pressure is also great. One tip is if you don’t want them to clean your room, tell them directly. We had the DND sign but they still did it……
