“This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. ”

“Every time I called for my car I got a message saying that the number I entered was incorrect but it wasn't and my car would arrive. When I explained this to the parking attendants they said I could come down and ask the parking desk inside. Why would I want to come down when you had a phone system? And the fee is astronomical. The first time we ate at the 2nd flr bar our waiter was distracted, the 2nd time our waiter was excellent. Same thing for breakfast in the restaurant. There was also a……

“Spacious room, which I loved and the warm cookie at check in was literally a treat. But the microwave door stuck so I had to pry it open to use it, black out curtains didn't close all the way so it wasn't as dark in the room as I would have liked. Maid left the curtains open again after the room was serviced and I couldn't get the remote to work to close them again. Was finally able to pull them shut most of the way manually. And lastly, the shuttle driver seemed a bit put out when I asked to……

“We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over”
