“Upon our arrival at the hotel's front desk, we were utterly dismayed by the complete lack of a warm welcome. The room they assigned us was inconveniently located on the first floor, facing a noisy street. Despite our very real concerns about potential traffic noise disrupting our sleep, we were dismissively assured that nighttime traffic was not an issue. Adding to our disappointment, we were told that, due to full occupancy, they couldn't switch us to a quieter room with a different……

“What a lovely find! Visiting family in Julich and found this wonderful hotel via geographic search. The host is charming, extremely helpful and makes the most divine breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. Host took us to our room and set the A/C on cold because we are Americans from FL....he had vacationed in FL and knew we wanted it cold. Street side room was quiet even without rolldown shutters closed. Parking was free and ample at……

“Super Zimmer, sauber und hell. Alles da was man so braucht. Sogar ein Fön. Hatten das Doppelbett. Riesig und super bequem. Ein paar Getränke, Kaffee, Tee gabs auch. Snack und Bedarfsautomat war bereits sehr leer gekauft, aber wir hatten keine Not. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen - egal ob persönlich, Telefon oder Mail. Das Thema der Nachhaltigkeit unterstützte ich sehr und freute mich über jede neue Entdeckung dazu 🙂 ”
