“Major reason for low rating was the shower in our room did not work. When I attempted to call the front desk, the in room phone did not work. I walked to front desk and waited 5 minutes for someone to come. They took down my problem and room number and said they would send maintenance. After two hour no one showed up. We had to check out. I stopped at front desk to let them know that no one came to fix the shower so we were unable to take showers before leaving. She said, "maintenance……

“We had a great stay! Breakfast was great every morning and the pool was really great for both little kids and swimming a few laps. Our room was huge and we had plenty of space to spread out. We also did laundry here, which was really convenient! The hotel was clean, but our hallway had a really strong smell of Mexican food. The smell even came in through our air conditioner. The staff was helpful and nice, but there is only a person at the desk at check in time. The rest of our stay, we needed……
