A bar and some other food places are down the street. Breakfast was not included but there is a great place down the street that had delicious food that was fairly inexpensive. The service was excellent, the room was as pictured (clean , neat and the bed comfortable). The only drawback is the fact that there was pounding, vibrations and work sounds outside/against the bedroom wall at 7 a.m. in the morning (after arriving late from a long flight the previous evening). You can hear the sounds of the bars/clubs nearby but it is not disruptive. The stay was my best accommodation i had so for in Ghana. The staff are more than welcoming. The security guard even washed our car because we had been thru a lot of mud. I came again with my wife and kids, but this experience was not as good. The good points are that the room was clean and that the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, last time when I checked in, the staff knew that I was coming because of my Expedia booking, while this time, they had no idea we were coming. Then the guy takes us to a room, telling us that the room we had reserved cannot be used since the water heater is not working. The room we got was definitely smaller and a different layout than the last room we had, even though I paid for the largest room on Expedia. However, I later saw that someone else was using that room, making me think it had nothing to do with the water heater. I think they mistakenly double-booked the room. When I talked to them later about refunding us for the difference between a smaller room and the bigger one, they told me that they have 3 different rooms at the Deluxe level, but they are all different sizes and layouts. They do not list them on Expedia as being different sizes. I find that misleading. Thus, even though the room we had was much less convenient for a family, we got no refund. If you do not care what the size or layout of your room will be, then this property will probably work fine for you.
