“We have stayed here for several years and were extremely disappointed in the service and cleanliness of the hotel. The restaurant/bar is no longer open at night. We arrived in a driving rainstorm and nobody assisted us with anything at all. There was no staff available to assist with luggage or anything else. All of our clothes were soaking wet, which the staff did allow the use of the dryer. The carpet was dirty in the hallways. We were informed during the driving rainstorm that they would……

“Did not like not given at least 2 bottles of water free upon arrival. I'm not paying $6 for the water into room. Why is there no water pitcher in the lobby like most hotels”

“Rooms were decently clean, slight musty smell though. We were bummed out when we went to open the pull out bed in the living room area only to find an 'out of order' sign under the cushion. Wish we would have known we would not have been able to use that pull out bed prior to checking in so we could have asked for a room with a working pull out bed. There was not one extra sheet, blanket or pillow found in the room in case someone wanted to sleep on the couch. There was not a dispenser on the……

“I stayed here for 2 nights for a family trip. The bed was so comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the breakfast was tasty! I spent about an hour with my feet in the pool. I did see some bugs in the pool but I think that's expected in the south especially when a storm was about to roll in. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again in the future.”
