Booked a room months ago. When we arrived at 11pm from an 8 hour drive, we were told they didn't have a room available and the one they did hqve for us was dirty and there was no one there to clean it. The lady at the desk was very brash and although she apologized, she made us feel that it was our problem. We had doordashed food to eat when we got there and it was sitting there but we couldn't eat it. She was condescending in apologies. Tired and not in the mood, I scrambled to find another hotel. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites about a mile down the road. I will say the anesthetic of the hotel was nice. Too bad the staff wasnt.
