“No shower head just hose, tiles around the bathtub missing, towels dirty.
Missing remit for ac, king size bed was put together with two single beds and covered by a mattress, light fixtures missing plugs. Wi-Fi is not working, found bugs in the room.
The most ridiculous rule is you have to prove you are married to your spouse, and if you show them a foreign marriage certificate they will not accept it. You will have to rent two rooms if you want to stay with your wife in the same place.

“Je ne suis pas demeurée à cet hôtel car en rentrant dans la chambre , mes enfants et moi-même y avons vu des cafards et mes enfants ne voulaient plus y rester. Mais l’hôtel a refusé de nous rembourser. Je suis déçue et ai été obligée de trouver une autre chambre ailleurs avec la fatigue et le décalage horaire. Je suis déçue et fâchée. C’est un manque d’honnêteté grave et inacceptable. Je ne mets jamais de commentaires négatifs sur expédia et ai voyagé partout au monde. Je ne suis pas de nature……
