"The listing indicated pets were welcome and we were able to bring our 13 year old dog, who loves traveling with my husband and I. There was some initial confusion after we booked the Schoolhouse, saying pets are prohibited. Through contact with the host, it was cleared up pretty quickly. All in all, the place was comfortable and we had what we needed to cook a couple of meals. I loved the area and enjoyed walking our dog on the state-maintained back roads. We would have liked to take advantage...

"booked a King w/ sleeper sofa. First room we walked in only had a King. Fair enough, they sent us to another room which had both. At 10pm when we attempted to open the sofa it would not. The left side was jammed. we asked for help from front desk....but at 10pm the answer was to move to another room ...a 3rd for that day. After getting in the room and making sure the sofa pulled out we settled in and got the kids down only to find ants crawling all over the desk. We just killed as many as we could and dealt with it. Coundn't take moving to a 4th room. Never again"

"Stayed for a quick overnight. Very clean hotel, room was clean, bed was comfy. Nice shower as well. Could not hear much noise from the busy road in front of the hotel, hotel was fairly quiet as well. If someone was walking down the hall talking, it can be heard but it wasn't bothersome.
