"We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"The condo was great! We had an excellent time! Thank you for sharing your condo with us.Just a note, the bed is high, but they have stools I was alright but I could see some people struggle with it.The location is fantastic! Management was on top of everything before and during our stay! I loved that the transportation, massage, car rental were all local to Akamul. Not large corporations. I hope this continues! Everyone we met was super helpful and kind. I can't wait to return!!!"

"This was an adorable condo. The building was very quiet. There were 2 large pools, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The restaurants in the Tulum Country Club were amazing. We also bought a day pass to one of the all inclusive resorts. It was chaotic and confirmed that the quiet condo was the right choice for us. It waa a great stay and the host was very quick to respond. We cant wait to go back."

"Hotel was in the country nothing around the room the bed was perfect ok but the room and the sheet smell it the musty and we don t get hot water and AC doesnt work it well not bad if everything was ok but for us it was the more expensive hotel from our travel for the less experience with little bad guest insects but its jungle too and rhe sximming pool was not cleaning but well ..."

"Loved our 2 weeks in Akumal. Lots of space in the property. Bedrooms were large and cool! No AC in other rooms, but the fans and ocean breezes helped keep it cool even though we were there in an unusually hot and humid spell (end of May, first of June). Gorgeous views. "The property is very lush and well maintained. Room was spotless, fridge stocked with your preference. Nightly turn down service with fresh towels. Lots of umbrellas available for when it rained. Building concierge was great, always checking on you. Lots of entertainment during the day and evenings. Great selection of restaurants and all were excellent. The main buffet was open for breakfast and lunch and the selection was overwhelming. Waiters and staff are very attentive and always checking that you are satisfied and have what you need. They go above and beyond. Every area was serviced well. Always wanting to know how they could help you. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay."
