While our stay started off a bit rocky, the team at TRS Yucatan truly went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. A special mention goes to the incredible manager, Johnathan, whose dedication and attentiveness were unparalleled. When we voiced our initial concerns, Johnathan and his team were quick to listen and respond, transforming our stay into an unforgettable experience. We were also blown away by the exceptional service at the Helios restaurant. Manager Areli and chef Roberto created a special meal just for us, making us feel incredibly valued and pampered. Their attention to detail and culinary expertise made for a dining experience that we'll never forget. Additionally, we were fortunate to have outstanding service from our butlers, Cristian and Jose. They were always there when needed, providing prompt and courteous assistance throughout our stay. The culinary offerings at TRS Yucatan were nothing short of spectacular. Each meal was a delightful journey, with a variety of exquisite dishes that left us eagerly anticipating our next dining experience. From breakfast to dinner, the quality and presentation of the food were consistently outstanding. Thanks to the exceptional service, delicious food. "Beautiful property, rooms were very nice and modern, the AC however was struggling to keep up in the room, as well as in the buffets and the specialty restaurants. The lazy river was awesome, the coffee shop was agreat addition. The property had a lot of wildlife from coatis to raccoons and monkeys. The two pools were nice, but some of the tiles were missing. We really enjoyed the pool surrounded by trees as it was offering shade from the sun. The other pool closed to the breakfast buffet and the steakhouse restaurant was really exposed to the sun, on the other side it had a nice bar. The beach was nice but there were a lot of seaweeds, even though they were cleaning it every morning. On the bright side there was a little cove that had a lot of fish swimming. There are two hotels in the resort, one of them was being renovated, there was some noise but did not bothered us. Staff was very friendly."

"The property itself is gorgeous. Being able to be on the white beaches with crystal blue water was awesome! Loved feeding the turtles in the ocean. The staff was amazing- tip $5 in the buffets on day one and they will remember your drink orders the entire week and take great care of you! Food choices were great! Only downfall is the drive from airport- get a shuttle ahead of time so you avoid the riff raff at the airport and don’t look out the window bc the area is very depressing until you pull into the resort! Once there it’s heaven!!! Will be back "
