service was not very good. The girl at reception was more pending of her messages on the phone then attending me or helping me. Rohina or something like that was her name. On the other hand, Yushra was very nice and helpful.

Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. The food was equally outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with incredible flavors and beautiful presentation across all the restaurants. And I have to mention the property itself—what a masterpiece of architecture! The sweeping curves, the iconic honeycomb facade, and the way the resort seamlessly blends into the coastline are absolutely breathtaking. . The infinity pools melting into the Gulf views are pure magic. A flawless 5-star experience in every way. We can't wait to return!
