  • This gorgeous 3 bedroom villa in Guia, near Albufeira, 5Km to the nearest beaches: Galé, Salgados, Lourenço, Castelo, Coelha, S.Rafael. The villa is located in a very quite country side area, 600 mts. from the famous village of GUIA and has magnificent views over farmland towards the coast line. Has its own private pool 8x4 mts which can be heated (at a supplement charge).
    It comprises, on the groud floor: 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms being 1 ensuite. Spacious Dinning and Sitting area /open space fully equipped Kitchen. On the 1st.floor, a master suite with bathroom and north/south sunny terraces with beatiful panoramic views. This villa has fantastic outside space making this the perfect family holiday retreat.
    It is also fully air conditioned throughout.
    The owners, Manuel and Josie live in the adjoining villa, but your privacy is guaranteed.

Perfect villa for the Algarve

Very clean and spacious property with a lovely garden and sizeable pool that can be heated on arrival for an additional fee. Close to the sea, restaurants and Zoomarine - which is a must-visit day out for families. Our host was very welcoming.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the villa. Sara greeted us at arrival and told us everything we needed to know. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was warm and we used it everyday. Definitely recommend this accommodation.

Fabulous villa

We loved our stay. The villa was a great size & had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The outside space & pool was ideal for our family of 5. It is a short walk (10 mins) into Guia for the local restaurants and a 10/15 min drive to Albufeira. We will definitely be back again!

Great Villa in fantastic location

Lovely stay, 4 adults 2 children. Perfect position for the towns and beaches but away from the hustle bustle. Morning spent in the pool and afternoons exploring or on the beach. Super villa, perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Manuel next door, helpful but not intrusive. Worth 5 stars and more.

Second stay and just as amazing!

This is the second time we have stayed at Casa da Quinta and had another brilliant time here! Sara was extremely helpful and always available as and when we needed (which wasn’t very often!). The villa itself is well equipped, comfortable and homely as well as being well located for supermarkets, beach and places to visit. The pool was heated which was a bonus particularly as the weather want’s spectacular when we visited. All in all, I’m sure this won’t be the last time we visit and would thoroughly recommend to families and anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Guia villa

Manuel was most accommodating and helpful Cleaner came 2x per week which was most unexpected. Everything was as described and very, very quiet as it was located at the end of a street. We often enjoyed happy hour on the deck in the west facing backyard. Thanks for a wonderful stay-we love the Algarve

Amazing

This was our second stay in this amazing property. The villa is perfectly located for peaceful days by the pool, visits to the local beaches and touring the Algarve region. The villa is superbly equipped and we wanted for nothing. We have been visiting this area of Portugal with our family for over 10 years and this is by far the best value Villa we have stayed in. We have already booked to return in 2025.

Wonderful villa

Just returned from a lovely week at this property and can highly recommend. Property was spacious, clean and airy. We paid to have the pool heated, which meant we got a lot of use out of it. We were made welcome by Manuel and it was great after the journey to have some basic supplies provided (ham, eggs, butter, water, bread etc). The property is located well for ZooMarine and Algarve Shopping.

Absolutely Fabulous

The house is very spacious, and the outside areas are lovely. The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We parked our hire car there no problem. Manuel was a great host, and made sure we had all we needed. Would love to come back again sometime. Definitely recommend for families. Thumbs up!

Wonderful time had by all

Firstly we would like to thank Manuel and family for the warm welcome and support throughout the week. The villa exceeded expectations, it was clean, spacious and had all the facilities you could need. The outside space was heavenly, a lovely heated pool, garden area and terrace. Guia itself is a 15 minute walk away where you'll find a few restaurants and bars and a cake shop that we found lovely. Manuel and family went above and beyond to ensure we had a great and we will definitely be back.

Outstanding Villa

This is an absolutely beautiful villa were the owners have thought of everything. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable and stylish. The pool/garden area is a wonderful spot with gas and charcoal BBQ's. The villa is in a lovely peaceful location but within walking distance to Guia with plenty of restaurants and a short drive to supermarkets and the beach. Our hosts very thoughtfully left a welcome pack to get us started and they could not have been more kind or helpful. Truly a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!

BEST EVER FAMILY VACATION

I selected this property for a family vacation with everyone's needs in mind. The beautiful upstairs spacious suite was for Us, the grandparents. The grandsons never wanted to leave the pool. Loved outdoor lunches and indoor eating too. Manuel was the best host and had a lovely welcome wine and other foods to get us started. The house was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We didn't want to leave!!!

Simply The Best

Manuel. Josie and Sara, the owners, over delivered in every category of customer service. They truly made it a home away from home. The Villa had everything we could have wanted and the area was fun to explore for walks, beaches, restaurants and shopping.. Best VRBO stay I have had over the years and after a negative experience we had just prior in Hawaii, this made up for it in spades !!! We shall return.

Lovely location

We stayed as a family in this lovely house. We felt really comfortable, especially Manuel and his family have been very nice. Everything was clean and well organised in and around the house. 60th Get Together with Good Friends

Stunning and comfortable villa with lovely pool and garden in a quiet residential area with short walk to Guia village and approx 15 min drive to albufeira old town. We didn’t need car as Uber were very accessible. Each room with bathroom and comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Extremely hospitable and friendly owner and family who live next door who could not have been more helpful and clearly go over and beyond to ensure their visitors enjoy their stay. Hoping to return soon.

Excellent stay in Delightful, modern villa

We had 10 wonderful days in the house. We was welcomed by the host at the gate of the property. She showed us around, the outside and the inside of the properties. The house was very welled planned for 6 persons, both inside and outside, with a well equipped kitchen. The outside was also very nice, with several areas to spend both sunny days around the pool, as well as nice evenings, watching the lovely sunset from some of the patios. One patio was also equipped with two barbeques, one gas and one chair cole. The house was well cleaned when we arrived, and during the stay they cleaned the house once, and after one week they cleaned again and changed bed linnen and towels. The gas grill was also cleaned by the cleaning lady. We could ask the host for anything missing, and they would fix it. Very helpful!! The hosts where also very careful not to disturb, even though they lived next door. Excellent hosting!! We can really recommend a stay in the house, long or short! THANK YOU! .

Ideal villa for our purposes

This villa is centrally located in the Algarve, so served as a great base for exploring the area on our first visit here. The owner, Manuel, lives next door, was very welcoming and provided us a lovely "welcome" supply of food and drink on arrival. Throughout our stay he and his daughter were most helpful and very approachable. That said, unless we had any concerns, we were left to our own devices. The property feels secure, as it is in quite a secluded area and has an electric gate. The 3 bedrooms available suited us well and the whole property was air conditioned. There were 3 bathrooms, effectively 2 en suite and one communal one, though we allocated a bathroom to each bedroom. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area is very pleasant, and there is a well-connected, if rather small TV in the lounge. The wifi is very good throughout the property. The garden is a decent size for the property and is well sup[lied with comfortable sun loungers, parasol and other seating options. There is a good-sized pool - we didn't have it heated but it was fine for general use despite being early June. We enjoyed the use of a fine gas BBQ and there is also a charcoal one available. There are some pool toys, and indeed there is a supply of books and some games indoors, which was a nice touch. There is room for 2 vehicles to park (we had 2 rental cars), but it might be tricky to park a large car/SUV on the site, though it would be possible to park on the street if needed. Overall a great stay

We had a wonderful 5-night stay. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax. The pool was absolutely gorgeous, and the outdoor area felt very private, making it the perfect place to unwind.Sara was an exceptional host—she was always quick to answer our questions and even stocked a few thoughtful items in the fridge for our arrival, which was such a nice touch. The surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful, making our stay even more enjoyable.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again someday. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing villa, Sarah our host was so helpful and most accommodating. She went above and beyond to make us welcome. Only had one issue with the iron and she sorted it in 5 min. Whole place is completely stocked with more than you need and so clean and comfortable. The pool area was fab and more than enough room for everyone. She also left a welcome package of milk, tea, bread eggs etc, so very helpful after a long trip. We didn't hv a car but Ubers are very reasonable to Guai or Albufeira so didn't mind. Highly recommend all of it, thanks.

Great space for relaxing

We had a wonderful, very relaxing time at this villa. We had the pool heated which allowed us to enjoy relaxing in the pool and yard every afternoon after we retuned from exploring the area. Communication with our host was easy, and he responded quickly to our needs.

We stayed at this villa for 31 nights and enjoyed every one of them. The location is at the end of a street, so it is very quiet, no traffic. The views from any of the 3 balconies are wonderful. The pool and outdoor area are a great place to relax and enjoy the Algarve sun.The villa was exceptionally clean. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Nice large dining room table with comfortable chairs.The living room sofas are comfortable. The beds are also comfortable.Excellent water pressure for showering.15 minute walk into Guia. Short drive to many beaches.Sara looked after the car rental which was delivered and picked up at the villa.What really makes this villa worth staying at is Sara and her mom Josie. If we needed assistance with anything they were always available. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.
