Villa Pérola is a spacious and impressive holiday home, ideal for families and groups seeking comfort and convenience in Montechoro. The living and dining area is generous and welcoming, offering the perfect space for relaxing moments together.



On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, all en suite with shower. This includes one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with five single beds and one bedroom with two single beds. This floor also has a guest bathroom.



On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, one of which is en suite with shower. There is also an additional bathroom with shower that serves the remaining bedrooms on this level.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, providing everything needed for preparing meals with ease during your stay.



Outside, the well maintained garden surrounds the heatable pool (additional cost) and the outdoor dining area with BBQ, creating a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the Algarve weather.



Villa Pérola is located in Montechoro, close to the beach, restaurants, bars and various amenities, making it an excellent choice for a practical and enjoyable holiday.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Everything was more or less perfect, from the bag drop when we landed to the moment we left. We were provided with our own representative who made us feel welcome when we checked in and also made sure everything was okay throughout the week, she also was on hand whenever we needed her if there was a problem which was amazing. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the house was amazing, the pool was cleaned whilst we were there which was great. I would highly recommend this house for a big group of people and would definitely go back. The only possible thing to think about would be providing extra necessities such as hand soap, washing up liquid and toilet.

Deceptive photos

Our stay was fine, however the photos on the website were seriously deceptive. The villa is overlooked by a huge block of flats - meaning you have no privacy. This is not shown in any of the photos. The villa was also not very clean when we arrived, with an ant problem in some of the bedrooms downstairs - one of the nights we also had cockroaches. One of the bedrooms downstairs was also missing a door on the en-suite - making it difficult for people to share. We were also forced to hang around during our trip so that the property manager could come by and check on us (we were told this was compulsory and had to make ourselves available) - something that when you’re only there for 4 days isn’t very convenient. A smaller comment would be also the lack of mirrors. As this was a hen party, this was inconvenient but not a huge issue in the grande scheme of things. We also didn’t have any water for the final evening.
