“The host was wonderful. The place is incredible. My cat was very happy as he had a big window to watch the birds. It's so hard to find a place so welcoming to our furry friends, I'll let my social know of this positive energy place.”

“We stayed here for one night to break up a long drive, and overall it was a decent experience. The property itself is beautiful, with lots of plants and gardens, and it looks like the host is continually improving and adding to the space. The room was clean and comfortable once we got settled. When we arrived, it appeared the room hadn’t been cleaned yet, but after reaching out to Steven, he responded immediately and had his housekeeper come take care of it right away. Check-in and check-out……

“This charming 'yacht' perhaps was a bit oversold by the title. The boat was very clean. The marina it was in felt safe and everybody was very friendly. There was a shower room at the marina if you wanted to shower in a bigger space than what the boat offered. (Imagine showering in a phonebooth with a toilet and sink in there.) We loved sitting out on the boat at night as the sun was setting. It was very peaceful. As far as what the word "yacht" envokes in a person's mind, this didn't necessarily……
