I got an extra pending charge for $108.07. on top of the$183. Which when the room was billed I got the did back. But still 20 days later the$108 hadn't been returned and still labeled as pending.

My bathroom sink was clogged. We could not wash our hands or brush our teeth! I notified the desk twice and no one came. It was only a one-night stay but not being able to use the sink was unsafe.

I came earlier, around 11 am with my grandson, who is a student at Albany University. Sandy, who were a receptionist this morning, checked the reservation and availability and without waiting gave me the room. After 4 hrs driving from NY it was huge help and I appreciate it so much. Thanks, will come again in August!
