The Sun is a lovely apartment located in the Port of Alcudia, just a few minutes walking from the incredible and wonderful beach in the north of Mallorca.

The apartment belongs to a small complex with a large communal swimming pool and grassy areas.
The property is located on the ground floor and has a furnished terrace with a table for 4 people and a barbecue to enjoy the good temperature of Mallorca. The interior of the house has a living-dining room with a sofa, another dining table for 4 people and a small kitchen with an American bar. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom with a shower, a room with a trundle bed and another with a double bed and direct access to a second terrace at the back of the property.
Both the living-dining room and the two bedrooms have air conditioning. Additionally, the owner provides pool towels in addition to bath towels.

We highly recommend this apartment in Puerto de Alcudia, close to the beach and good restaurants, cocktail bars and supermarkets, without the need to hire a car, and at the best guaranteed price!
