"Great stay overall! The check-in staff was amazing, the hotel was very clean, the shower was great, and the A/C kept the room nice and cool. We also appreciated the dog relief area. The only disappointment was that the Kickback hour wasn't as good as at other Drury locations, but we'd definitely stay here again. My only complaint would be about disrespect of other guest which is out of staffs control. Someone was clearly smoking on our floor and there was a group of kids (assuming there for sports) running wild in the halls and dining area. Again, no fault of the hotel."

"After a horrible start to our trip with 2 other hotels, the guys at Red Roof were our saving graces! We checked in late at night explaining everything we had already gone through. They were super sweet! We even ended up extending our stay by a day to stay there! Beds are super comfortable, pillows were amazing! We absolutely loved our stay!"

"I liked the accessible room we had but have two suggestions. In the bathroom, a shower wand "holder" needs to be installed closer to the shower seat. Also, another grab bar needs to be installed on the back wall closer to the shower. On 2nd day, cleaning staff exchanged towels but did not make bed. Is that standard procedure?"

"We had an excellent stay at this Hyatt Place! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our family had everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options that kept everyone in our family happy. We especially appreciated how well-stocked everything was and how clean the breakfast area was throughout the morning. Overall, the entire hotel exceeded our expectations. Great service, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Worthington/Columbus area!"

"For the price the hotel was fantastic. Clean, comfortable beds. It doesn’t look nice from the outside but it is nice inside and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They do have some crime issues in the area but they have security patrolling the parking lot at nights and they do a great job keeping any noise or smoking issues under control. For the price it’s a great value and we stayed 4 nights without one issue."
