“Upon arrival at 4:30pm on Fri 3/13 I was told our room was not ready and we would need to wait about 30 minutes. I told the young man we needed to get changed because we had an event at 6:00pm. We finally got checked in around 5:05pm. The room was not satisfactory! Lighting was horrible - the room was dark even with all lights on. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink; Only 1 mirror in the room and that was the bathroom. The bed/mattress was sunken in the middle - very uncomfortable. I……

“House was pretty, secluded, spacious. Bathroom setup was strange, like it wasn't thought out at all. Dim lighting in kitchen, many light switches didn't seem to work. Would've been a great place to stay except for the cockroach infestation in the kitchen. At first, i thought there were only a few, but i sprayed the cabinets down with the can of roach spray i found and when i came back there were dead roaches all over the floor. No way i was sleeping in that house at that point. Owner wanted to……

“We really enjoyed our stay! The home was just as pictured, very clean, and perfectly sized for our group. The location was great and close to our event, restaurants, and grocery stores.A few minor notes: there were some flies when we arrived that lingered during the stay, and we occasionally saw dogs wandering near the property, though they caused no issues. “The AC and hot water works great. The pool had stuff floating in it. Jets in hot tub was not functioning properly. The front desk personnel were the west part of the stay. One girl who was there when we checked in and was the only person who kept the service from being poor. The other 3 people I dealt with were rude and when you ask them a question they referred you to the manager, who according to the name tag was the person I dealt with last”

“The pillows need replacing as they were not comfortable at all. The rest of my stay was excellent!!”
