“Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am S-Bahnhof Neukölln. Ein Wermutstropfen war leider die Kaffeemaschine.Sie befand sich im Reinigungsmodus und wir wussten nicht, wie man den abstellt. Auf unseren Morgenkaffee mussten wir deshalb leider verzichten.”

“The hotel was in disarray as I believe it’s still in the process of being built: there was the constant banging of construction which lasted until at least 10pm every evening, the first day I arrived there was no water, the day I was leaving there was no hot water and there were no side tables by the bed, just two lamps on the floor so if you had water or a book you wanted to leave next to the bed they were just on the floor. “Super zentral . Der Flair an der Simon-Dach-Straße hat wirklich etwas eigenes gerade im Sommer super schön . Obwohl die Straßen und die ganzen Lokals gerade abends randvoll sind kann man trotzdem Mit Fenster offen schlafen . (Fenster zur Straßenseite ) . Es wirkt so als würden die Besitzer der Bars und der Kiosk drauf achten das die Lautstärke trotz hohem Andrang angemessen bleibt . Dazu zu erwähnen ist das Essens Angebot dort ist wirklich der Wahnsinn. Selten besser gegessen . Es gibt……

“An enjoyable stay in a spacious apartment. The apartment was comfortable even during a heatwave.Andrew was a very attentive host, suggesting excursions for our trip to Berlin.It was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood outside the city centre.”
