“The cabin was nice but the location is what made the trip perfect. If you want to be secluded and by the water, this is the place for you. We were able to float from Big Eddy put in spot on the Mulberry river directly to our cabin. This particular spot on the Mulberry is really beautiful. If you aren't wanting to float it's still a great place to enjoy the water and hang out. The cabin had everything that we needed for our weekend. It could have been a little cleaner but nothing was a deal...

“The house was perfect space for 4 family members. It was very convenient to hiking at Mt. Magazine SP & close to restaurants and grocery stores.We had one small issue that the owners took care of immediately. We would stay here again if we were in the area.”

“Squirrel got into the electric lines and there was not electricity at first but owner and property manager quickly got the electric company there to fix it. Water pressure could have been a little better and perhaps a 3 pm check in instead of 4 when you are going to wdding. Otherwise Wonderful and I would recommend to all. “We spent a three day weekend with friends exploring the Ozark Mountain Trails on our SXS and had a blast. The check-in was friendly and super accommodating. Parking is spacious with room to maneuver trailers. Best of all the home was secluded and we felt tucked away in our own retreat. The location was perfect! Only a mile from the general store and a short ride to multiple trail heads. We would definitely book again. Cheers- From Kansas”
