The most hospitable staff, very perfect delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, comfortable, cozy and clean rooms, pool, gym, amenities etc.,also convenient area near the Cochin airport also with Indian street food around area like banana fritters and chi tea just blocks away, nice tuk tuk and taxi services, and the guest / residence were also very friendly, and it was fun to enjoy a snack or beverage with them at……

“Staff were only focused on how much we had to pay for early check in. We booked a room abd prepaid for 3 but the room had 1 towel and 1 water bottle. We hadvto request everything. The staff acted like they were doing us a favour. Ny husband was unwell and couldn't lie flat so requested an extra pillow which they refused to provide. Except for the proximity to the airport I would not be recommending this hotel as it not exactly cheap so you would be better staying elsewhere. There are other……
