“Rooms were kept clean. Staff was amazing. Excellent grounds which are well maintained. Overall, my first visit to Kochi was made more pleasant by the great hospitality. Food was awesome. “Overall a fantastic stay. The entry level room (Dukes chamber) was huge and really well appointed. Some minor signs of west and tear but we loved it- very comfortable. The rooftop dining experience included in half board was outstanding. The first night we had a huge selection on the à la carte menu, and on the second night there was a wonderful buffet. Swimming pool was a real bonus. Breakfast was satisfactory, although the poor man making omelettes was consistently overwhelmed and running……
