Ten minutes from the airport or downtown, five minutes UAA or Providence Hospital, with grocery stores and gas stations right around the corner. In two minutes you can find yourself pulling onto the Seward Highway for a visit to anywhere as far south as Kenai, or north as Fairbanks. Our home is perfect for visitors to Alaska or Alaskans needing a place to call home during short stays. Family friendly home in a quiet, low traffic neighborhood. This is the upper unit of the duplex with a private entrance. The entire space is yours along with a shared fenced backyard. It has everything you need and more. The owner has left no detail uncovered. The furnishing is tastefully appointed and has a very pleasant “at home” feel. There is no reason to “shop around” for a place when in Anchorage because I really doubt that you will have a better experience. The owner is easily assessable and is eager to make sure that your stay is top notch. Many amenities were provided. More than in our last VRBO in Red River Gorge Kentucky. Property was near shopping and restaurants. We based our stay with another couple in the lower unit.
