“We traveled through Crete and stayed at a double bed luxury room with pool view. It was in de building across the street so not in the main building but it was much better over there. Perfectly for couple without kids. Our restaurant was much smaller and less crowded with extra chosen meals from 5 star chef Babi. At this point we wanne thank Nikos, Argiro, Manolis, Giannis and Elaine for your services. At the entrance is a baby kitty and lots of good places to enjoy. To mention the beach is full……

“The hotel is fantastic, but look at the hotel website for clarification on the room spec. Hotels.com stated the room came with private pool but it didn’t. The great service at the hotel ensured we had a great time.

“It's the best hotel to stay if you want to go to Balos Beach & Lagoon the next day. We had a nice room at the first floor with a sea view and the swimming pool was just outside the room. The facilities are new and good. However, the room still has strong smell of decoration. We had to open the window to get some fresh air. The restaurant at the the hotel provides breakfast and buffet dinner which are not bad.”

Very welcoming and attentive staff.
Magnificent flower garden very well maintained.
Very nice pool area.
The last day we had to leave very early in the morning for our return to the airport, and the manager prepared the breakfast buffet for us at 6:30 am instead of normally 8:00 am.
I highly recommend, and I will be happy to come back if possible.”

“The hotel was super cute, clean and the pool was nice. It was easy to walk to a bunch of restaurants and it was close to the harbour to catch a ferry to Basos. The only thing that was not great was the beds were not confortable. ”

“Excellent breakfast on a shadowed terrace in front of the sea. Very very kind personnel. Very clean. They make available for free umbrella and chairs on the beach, which is mix of sand and pebnles, with large pebbles in the first meters of sea, making the access barefoot a bit tricky. On the other hand, very close to balos beach, arguably one of the top 3 beaches of the island. A bit isolated from the kissamos movida, but that also has a positive side to it.”
