"Great place to spend a weekend or week away! The kayaks and canoes were amazing to spend time out on the lake and river. Nearby nature preserves allowed for some fantastic hikes. Comfortable beds and great spaces for lounging and cooking with an incredible porch with view of the lake to watch the bald eagles and herons while sipping your morning coffee. Highly recommend!"

Great place for families to meet and relax around the fire or in the beautiful dining room or the many other rooms. We appreciate having our own space with private bathrooms. "The owner communicated early and often to make sure we were good upon arrival. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The rooms are upstairs but the butler Kimo will bring up your luggage. The room was spacious and bathroom had everything needed - even 2 robes!! Breakfast was amazing - home cooked and very filling. I'm a vegetarian and he accommodated me easily. Would stay there again.
