This 5,200 sq ft beautiful waterfront home on Lake James has 6 bedroom, 5.5 baths and is great for entertaining. Come experience the gorgeous lake views and sunsets! The home has many fantastic features including granite counter tops, marble, hardwood floors, open floor plan (3 levels) game room, complete mother in law suite/guest suite and so much more. Total sleeping capability is 22. Close to Pokagon State Park, dining, and shopping. Come relax at this up-scale getaway and experience the best that Lake James has to offer.

Very nice lake house

Handled 16 family members easily. Nice dock and swimming area. Kids had great time in lake and bunk room. Comfortable beds. Sandbar on lake was fun. Park nearby worth a visit. Fun trip!

The property contained all the amenities for young and old. It was a family reunion with children from 4 to 24 and their parents plenty of room, comfortable beds and enjoyment to stay.

Wonderful lake house. The owner supplies most everything and is very easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful experience over the 4th of July! The house is amazing and lakefront patio and dock gave us much needed outdoor space. Perfect!

Amazing getaway

Cannot say enough nice things about our stay. It was clean, large enough for 19 adults comfortably, and a very easy check in / checkout process. The owner is very responsive and made everything easy. The area itself is beautiful and the property was perfect for our group. Hope to come back here again! 10/10!

An amazing property

We had a great vacation, the house was in excellent condition, very clean with many updates. We brought our boat as well.. the location of the property on the water is great. It is very centrally located, and the kids loved waking up and driving the boat to Tom's Donuts.. which is about a 3 minute boat ride. The owners were great to work with and very responsive!

Labor Day getaway at the lake

Our family has been coming up to Angola for about 15 years. Our family now includes 6 adults and our 6 grandkids. We come up 2-3 times a year and I also host a golf outing each fall. Kim was a great host and would recommend her cottage to anyone.

Large beautiful lake house

This house is amazing! The bedrooms were sizable and just perfect for our family of 8 adults and 9 grandchildren. Everything was nicely stocked from the shampoos, towels, spices, firewood, games, on down. The only negatives were that the large rec room/bedroom with 6 bunk beds was very cold & couldn’t be changed. Also, the Ring smoke detectors/security lights in each bedroom were too sensitive….you couldn’t even roll over in bed without them coming on.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway with amazing Views!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Kimberly’s lake house is absolutely amazing!!! From booking day until check out day, everything was perfect! I have been to many lake homes and Kimberly’s house is so far my favorite! Location, size of the home, amenities and views were just excellent! Our group of 16 people was sad to leave and we are already planning to come back! This beautiful house is perfect for larger groups, layout is perfect and provided so much privacy for each family yet allowed us to enjoy so many amenities together! House was very well stacked and I must say, it was probably one of the few homes I’ve been to, where we did not have to leave the house to a store for something we needed. Communicagion with the host was flawless! Thank you so much Kimberly! We will be back :)

Once in a lifetime family reunion

The house was stunning and well equipped for our large group, big enough for everyone to spread out and lots of vantage points to enjoy the lake. The bunk room was a huge hit with all the cousins and let the adults have space and time for quieter activities without quieting their fun. A couple tips if you're coming with a large group, the back bedroom and second kitchen was great for our family with little kids who were up in the night. Also, we placed a massive Walmart Plus order and had groceries delivered an hour or two after we arrived, which made settling in so easy. Bringing a boat or kayaks, plus water shoes for swimming and gear to fish off the dock makes the lake lots of fun! Thank you, Kimberly, for an unforgettable family reunion!

We had a great time! This home is excellent for kid fun and adult relaxation. It was clean and well stocked. The chef in our family loved the kitchen. The cousins loved the bunk room.

Annual family weekend

Everything was wonderful, clean, well stocked. The house was beautiful. It was big enough for 20 of us. The only downside was that there was a lot of stairs and taking food and luggage in and out was a lot of work. I would still stay there again! We loved it!

Wonderful spot for a family vacation

Plenty of space to gather a large family for meals and games yet enough separation for the kids to play while the adults catch up. Lots of updates and features to the home. Located next to the state park was a plus for hiking and horseback riding. Boat rental nearby provided kids with hours of water fun and sunset cruises. Owner was quick to respond to any questions/concerns. A great place to relax and restore.
