“J’ai réservé dans cet hôtel et en arrivant on m’a dit qu’il n’y avais zéro reservation à mon nom c’est hôtel est une arnaque ne surtout pas le prendre et expédia ce n’est pas sérieux de travailler avec ce type d’hôtel cets inadmissible”

“We found out the bus from Tunis didn't run on Wednesdays and had to miss the first night of our 2 night stay at d'Orient. Their cancellation policy on Expedia stated free cancellation until 9/21. We contacted Expedia on 9/19 and they told us the hotel would not respond to them. We were screwed out of our one night refund. The room was like a hostel. Tiny, hard beds, cheap furnishings, garish lighting, small window that let in no light. Horrible tiny bathroom with surging water pressure. ……
