Paddle boats were a nice touch for pond area but were filthy and full of sand and water. (Should be kept upside down after being used)"

"Breakfast is included but not amazing. Waffles, muffins, bagels, etc. No protein except premade omelet that needed to be microwaved. We booked a suite for the big tub. Room was a great size for the two of us and bed was moderately comfortable. TV definitely needed some updating. Walls are so thin we heard our neighbor snoring on and off all night lol The views were great, even on the first floor. Overall, it was fine for a couple nights. Perkins (near property) was a nice surprise for a chain and I would rather pay for breakfast there than eat at the hotel. Mansfield is a cute little town!"

"This hotel was really nice and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable but the air conditioning unit was obnoxiously loud, it vibrated the entire room and neither my wife nor I got much sleep with that monster roaring to life ever couple of minutes. I tried just turning it off but the the room would get hot. The AC unit turned what would have been a great stay into a sleepless one. The breakfast the next morning was really good though."

"This was our fourth time staying at this home, and it never disappoints. It's very cozy, and we love bringing our dogs to enjoy the huge backyard. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the linens and towels are soft and comfortable. It's also convenient to have a washer and dryer on site."

"To add what I didn't like there was No one there to greet us at a front desk We were charged to much because there was No hot breakfast available included in the price I took out motel/ hotel cancelation protection, when I tried to cancel I was told I would NOT receive a refund I could of booked right in wellsboro for a cheaper night rate and had more extra amenities that were offered There should be some kind of a refund offered"
