"Our short holiday at Hawksbill Resort was our first trip to Antigua. The resort strikes a perfect balance between relaxation and activity. Though we didn’t try the kayaks or Hobie Cat sailing, we spent our days exploring the bay, searching for shipwrecks with cannons and anchors, and swimming alongside colorful fish. The calm setting and friendly guests made it easy to unwind and connect. We loved learning about the island’s culture - and realizing we’d been saying its name wrong! The resort is named after the hawksbill turtle, symbolized by a rock in the bay. We spotted our first mongoose at breakfast, dined under almond trees, and saw old sugar mills that once powered the island’s economy. Arriving during Independence Week, we admired the vibrant madras national dress in red, gold, and green, symbolizing strength and resilience. We learned that the Wadadli catamaran takes its name from the men’s shirt in that attire. Our trip to Cades Reef was amazing - a two-mile reef where the Atlantic meets the Caribbean, alive with stingrays, turtles, coral, and conch shells. The staff made our stay exceptional. Egbert the cook and driver, Myra, Aria, Kianna, Melinda, Sharon, Debbie, and the sports crew were kind, professional, and full of good humor. The manager even surprised me with birthday decorations. Hawksbill was the perfect blend of rest, culture, and adventure. We can’t wait to return!"

"Yes the room was very clean..we didn't have any washcloths upon arrival..had to request those..my room was on the 3rd floor..no elevator..six flights of stairs..but the view was fantastic..staff was great!!"

"Everything was amazing. From the workers to the views. To the beaches. To the food. I brought my lady here for her bday and they made sure to make it special. I did the special dinner and made her bday even more memorable. Absolutely love. My girl says this will be her bday spot every year. Not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. lol. Guess i should start saving 🤣. ❤️ Antigua we love you! "

"We stayed here for 5 nights all inclusive. For a 3 star, this hotel has phenomenal service and the staff all worked really hard to make our stay enjoyable. Lunches and dinners were outstanding each day. Breakfast was satisfactory but there is a limit on how many items you could order. The rooms are fairly basic and rustic but cleaned every day. The ocean view was amazing and we really enjoyed sitting in the bar looking out over the ocean. There wasn’t much around the hotel so we relied on taxi’s which can get expensive. When we checked in, we were allocated one bottle of water each with no replacement or top up. The water machine in the lobby was dirty and only dispensed warm water. The hotel shop did not open every day and whilst, some beautiful handcrafted items, we would have liked the opportunity to purchase snacks as well. Overall our stay was pleasant and peaceful. Other hotels might have more going on but for 5 days rest and relaxation, it was perfect. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Jolly Beach resort. The food and the beach were breathtaking. Very quiet area so great for rest and relaxation. Some of the staff like Karla, Jason, and Keon were super helpful. However, not all of the staff was very friendly. I would still this resort 10/10 due to the lovely beach and relaxing atmosphere. I will looking forward to staying here again on my next holiday."
