“これはホテルが悪いわけではなくエクスペディアに問題がある。朝食付きを予約したがチェックインすると朝食はついていないと言われた。 確かにホテル側の予約表を見ると朝食は無い仕様となっている。しかし自分の旅程の内容は朝食付きになっている。これを説明したところ、フロントも渋々朝食を付けてくれた。 その後、シャワーの温度が上がらず、ベットと枕は臭いが強い。テンションが下がった。”
