“Business trip! The reason to pick this hotel since it's so closed to El Marquis Industrial Business Park. My co-worker from Japan and me (USA) both love the service here!! The room size is super huge!! We booked 2 rooms, and each room has 2 Queen-size bed. Staff is super nice and friendly here. A young man Ivan speaks English and he gives really good hands and tips about our questions. There's a hotel connected taxi driver named Alrando, we uses him as our driver at all time, he's in good help……

“El lugar es bonito, agradable, cómodo, lo malo es que la atención deja mucho que desear, ofrecen servicio a habitaciones y no lo cumplen, las camareras no realizaron aseo en habitación 1 día, y cuando lo hacen ( mal) dejan muy sucio el piso, la comida no es buena, nos enfermamos.”

“Es un hotel bastante sencillo, el desayuno es muy básico (chilaquiles, huevo revuelto, waffles, cereal y fruta), el estacionamiento es pequeño pero suficiente para el tamaño del hotel. La alberca no es muy grande pero se ve agradable. No tienen flexibilidad para hacer check-out más tarde (tiene costo pero no está disponible). La cama es cómoda, baño pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. Excelente limpieza.”

“We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day. The tables and floor of swimming pool sitting area was not clean the next morning time. There were popcorns and foods on the floor.”
