"I’ll start with the location. I’m very familiar with Tortola snd BVIs. The west end of the island is the best spot if you want peacefulness and accessibility. It’s very serene and beautiful. Not far from west end ferry, which we utilized frequently. Also in walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Our favorite restaurant was 1748. We opted out of renting a car, so Eric who the property management hooked us up with was ours for the week. He was so amazing and drove us anywhere we wanted. Even at 4 am so I could hop on a dive boat for the day. I highly recommend ordering Pinky’s rotis upon arrival. They were amazing; however, I felt they were a little pricey- but delicious.Every morning we had our coffee on patio and then jumped into the ocean for our morning swim. The property itself is perfect for a couple. The mattress was not the most comfortable, but if you prefer it firm- you are in good hands! I highly recommend staying here. I’m so sad to be home, but so happy to have the memories of Apple Bay. "

"Much easier to get to than our first house stay. Road is definitely steep but we weren't able to get 4-wheel, but our Toyota front wheel sedan made it fine. Have to watch for big rocks and navigate. Owner Bruce was extremely helpful with a few minor issues and caretaker Kenroy very helpful. Learned a lot from him and enjoyed our conversations. While the driveway is steep, it is short and very convenient to Zionhill Dr, the main cross-island road on west end. Had a couple memorable dinners on the north side. You have to spend multiple days at Smuggler Beach with their two local beach "cafes". "

"The view is spectacular. The accommodations for two people are superior, the location allows easy access to local restaurants, and has a parking space for one car for the loft villa. Very nice amenities, including beach chairs, a cooler, and beach umbrella are much appreciated. Kitchen is well appointed for a four burner cooktop. Comfortable sleeping, and efficient air conditioning adds to the experience. We will definitely stay here again!"
