“Excellent property, very well maintained. The staff were super helpful too. I had forgot my backpack at the property and travelled to Bangalore, the staff shipped it to my location.”

“Very disappointing stay. The rooms were nothing like the photos shown online. The windows had steel grills, which made the space feel more like a jail cell than a comfortable room. Overall, a very bad experience.”

“The hotel itself may be okay, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I literally woke up with back pain after sleeping there. A good night’s sleep is one of the most basic expectations from any hotel, and unfortunately the mattress quality was very poor. I hope the management takes this seriously and replaces or upgrades the beds, because it really affected my stay.”

“This is a no frills hotel - good for a quick overnight stay. On a busy street and no ocean view. But it worked for us because we walked early morning for the sunrise views - it's another story that there was no sunrise view because of cloud conditions. ”

“I got my first flag of the property when I got into the lift which had a carpet, which looks liked it has not been cleaned in the last 1 year, I had to lift my bag as I was not comfortable with putting my bag on the floor. Then came the room, it was a large room. but had super musty smell. There two towels on the bed rolled up, they were white maybe a few years ago - all stained and looked like I should not be touching it. I had asked for iron when I checked in and the guy delivered it when……
