This hotel would not accept credit cards they do not have a computer system or a reservation system Hotels.com should not be associating with hotels in such poor condition. "We were traveling with an 11 pound dog so we were in a pet room. It had a very doggy smell to it. The room was clean but a deodorizer needs to be used. Also, our toliet seat was loose so we had to be careful when using it. Over all, it was fine."
