“This place was easy to access, close to restaurants and shopping. EASY check in and check out process. I give them a 5/5. Just a couple of hiccups but I am still giving them a 5/5 , but the description of the property stated there was a grill so prior to check in we stopped and got burgers and dogs for the grill, but there was no grill and linen was provided but no washcloths. Other than that, I will stay here each and every time I go to Pagosa!”

“This Pagosa Springs home is wonderful for a party of five. We sat out back and watched summer thunderstorms, and we were able to quickly get downtown on foot along the San Juan River Walk. On this walk, we were able to see hot springs, cool birds, and the lovely river. The accommodations were roomy, clean, and comfortable.”

“This house is at a great location within walking distance of Higher Grounds coffee shop. It is close to great food like Thai Pagosa, and a breakfast must at Two Chicks and a Hippie. We spend most of our days out on trails and it was great to come back and unwind and relax here. Our family really enjoyed the card games and books in the house. Overall it was an excellent stay.”

“Great pet friendly unit, walking distance to the springs, hiking, and restaurants. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. Check out the paint shop right around the corner. My kids loved painting with watercolor on a warm afternoon.”
