“Fake fig tree was completely covered in dust, cobwebs on ceilings, dead bugs in light switch Could not sit in chairs by lake there was too much junk, high grass in the way. Gas tanks not secure on outside appliances. Coffee was in jug that had been used by others , so was sugar. When people were upstairs there was a lot of noise, scraping furniture”

“Pool / hot tub facility was spacious and clean. The onsite restaurant had great food and attentive staff. Close to Granby Ranch ski resort (5-10 min). Room amenities all worked fine (thermostat, TV with streaming video, microwave, mini-fridge).”

“I stayed here for 5 nights for a family wedding in Aspen. While cheaper than Aspen, if you are coming to visit Aspen, it’s worth spending the money for a better closer stay. It took 30min each way into Aspen. The property was very difficult to navigate when checking in. It’s a random assortment of villas, poorly labelled. It took me 1 hour from the time I got on site to check-in, find my room, and then get my luggage in. It was never said on the website, the room was up stairs and no elevator.……

“Great location to Main Street Breckenridge and The Village at Breckenridge. The condo is well appointed with kitchen items and stocked with coffee, trash bags, towels, etc. The unit is on the first floor, so easy access for all guest. ”

“Overall it was a great stay. Heater can be tricky to use, and a few of the lights, including dinning room, and living room lights don’t work. Still a great stay!”
