“Unfortunately we arrived at the hotel after a long trip from Canada , only to be told there were no rooms for us. We had booked 2 rooms several months ago. We were told by the front staff that a terrible thing happened to the rooms and they couldn’t allow us to use them. They had made other arrangements to have us stay at another hotel.
