Providing clean towels was an issue for the hotel. We were there five nights and three of those nights involved us having to repeatedly request new towels. Also, the housekeeping was subpar. The bathroom wasn’t completely cleaned some days. The front desk staff was always polite and helpful though.

Good location, malls are close by With good restaurants I would not classify this as a 5 start hotel more a 4 star Rooms are very old, need upgrades The hotel facilities are quite basic No USB ports, amenties in the room were lacking Staff were helpful
